When I was a child I enjoyed spending the summers with my Grandmother in Perugia Umbria where she was always working hard on the farm but mostly in the kitchen. I remember watching the magic that happened in Grandma’s Kitchen and that is where my passion for cooking was born!
In all my recipes and lessons I hope to share the Joy and Passion that I feel when I cook. Now the JoyFULL kitchen is also a JoyFULL Travelers and this is fantastic. I really believe that to Travel is one of the most beautiful experiences and when its combined with the experience of local traditional foods and wines, it doesn’t get any better!
